Intimate Wedding/Elopement Package

$3,500, plus tax, + service charge, and your selected Beverage Package below

  • 4 hours of access to the Secret Garden or another designated location on the property overlooking our gardens or vineyards
  • Available May through October, any day of the week, day or evening
  • No minimum guest count, up to 50 guests. For more than 50 guests, please contact meghan@brysestate.com
  • White chairs and table linens
  • One bouquet of flowers from the garden
  • Photography site fee waived
  • Advance coordination by your Hospitality and Events Manager

Beverage Packages

Option A – Bubbly Toast, $25 per guest, $500 minimum

  • One glass of bubbly per guest, served as a toast following the ceremony
  • A great fit for small ceremonies

Option B – Host Tab, $500 minimum, plus a $250 bar setup fee

  • A selection of up to 5 Brys Estate wines served by the glass
  • Your choice of host tab or cash bar

Optional Add-Ons

  • Food Package, +$35 per person: shared cheese and charcuterie boards plus a light reception spread, prepared and served by Brys Estate
  • Wine Wagon Shuttle Service, $150 per hour for one shuttle or $300 per hour for two, usable in any combination, a convenient way to move guests between locations on the property

Good to Know Details

  • Please note: the Winery and Secret Garden gift shop remain open to visitors during your celebration, and your event will take place in a designated section of the property. For exclusive use of the Secret Garden during normal business hours, please contact meghan@brysestate.com for more options.
  • A deposit equal to 50% of your total contracted package (venue, Beverage Package, food if selected, and applicable taxes) is due when your agreement is signed. Of this amount, $500 is a non-refundable booking fee that secures your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. On the day of the event, the 20% service charge and any additional purchases, such as wine exceeding your beverage minimum, will be billed at the conclusion of the event.
  • Cancellations more than 90 days before the event receive a refund of all payments, less the $500 non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations 31 to 90 days before the event forfeit the 50% deposit. Cancellations 30 days or fewer before the event are not eligible for refund.
  • Elopement/Intimate Wedding locations are outdoor settings with no indoor backup. If Brys Estate needs to cancel due to weather, you’re welcome to reschedule within the same season, subject to availability, or receive a refund of amounts paid, minus the applicable non-refundable booking fee. We encourage wedding parties to work with their reception venue to provide an alternate indoor ceremony location should weather conditions not cooperate.
  • Michigan sales tax applies to all pricing above.
