Joining the Brys Estate Wine Club connects you with a passionate community of members who love sharing and enjoying Brys wines. Whether you’re savoring your favorite wines with friends at home or visiting us to experience the vineyards firsthand, the club is all about celebrating great wine and great company throughout the year. As part of the club, you’ll receive 4 or 6 wines of your choosing, or thoughtfully selected by us, each February, May, August, and November – bringing the essence of Brys Estate right to your home.

Membership Benefits

Wine Club members enjoy exclusive perks when visiting the tasting room, including complimentary 3-Wine Tasting Towers, plus 10–20% savings on glasses of wine, food, and retail purchases. Members also receive special pricing on experiences such as overnight stays at our Guesthouse and Wine Wagon Tour & Tastings and receive discounted flat-rate shipping on orders placed online.

NEW in 2026: We’ve partnered with Black Star Farms, Mawby, and bigLITTLE Wines to launch Peninsula Club Swap. As an active Brys Estate Wine Club member, you’ll receive 15% off purchases plus a complimentary half-glass of wine when visiting any partner winery.

Wine Club Details

Membership Details

Joining the Brys Estate Wine Club is the perfect way to save 15-20% on the wines you love! As a member, you’ll also receive complimentary Tasting Towers, along with discounts on glasses of wine, food, and retail items. To get started, simply select your preferred club level, and you’ll receive 4 or 6 discounted bottles each February, May, August, and November. Indulge in your favorite wines while enjoying exclusive perks!

By joining, you commit to quarterly orders of 4 or 6 wines each year. Orders are generated each February, May, August, and November. Club orders are sent via UPS for just $15 or available for pickup directly at the tasting room. We will keep your credit card information on file only to charge for your quarterly orders. After you receive your second shipment you may cancel at any time without cost.

Pickup Members

Orders not picked up by the cut-off dates (winter, April 30; spring, July 31; summer, October 31; fall, January 31) will be assessed a $10 handling fee and shipped for $15 to the address on file.

Shipping Members

Brys Estate Wine Club orders are shipped for $15 to valid delivery addresses in MI, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, MN, MO, NC, NY, TX, OH, TX, VA, and WI.

When your wine is delivered, federal law requires a signature be obtained from an individual over the age of 21.

Discounts vary by club level. Benefits are non-transferable; limit to two (2) people per membership. Members must be present to receive discounts in the tasting room. Legacy Wine Clubs include Barrel, Vineyard, Reserve, Cask, Select (2/year), and Select (3/year). These club options are no longer accepting new memberships.   • Federal law requires a signature to be obtained from an individual over the age of 21 for all wine shipments.
  • NEW UPS Delivery Process: After one missed delivery attempt, UPS will redirect the shipment to a nearby UPS Access Point rather than re-attempting delivery the next day. The package is held at the Access Point for up to 7 days at no charge. If it isn’t picked up within that window, it will be returned. Returned shipments to Brys Estate are subject to a $25 return shipping fee. You then have the option to have the package held for pick up or reshipped for an additional fee.
  • UPS cannot deliver wine to PO boxes nor will UPS leave packages on the doorstop, even if the recipient has left a note with this request.
  • If possible, Brys Estate recommends shipping to a business address for prompt delivery. Orders may also be sent to a UPS retail store for convenient pickup.

States Where We Ship
At this time we can ship wines within Michigan, and also to Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Washington D.C..

Rerouting
Once your order has been processed and a change of address is required while in route, a reroute charge of $20.00 will be applied to the order. 

Return of Package
If you are unable to obtain your wine package, UPS will return your package back to the winery. Returned shipments are subject to a $25 return shipping fee.  You have the option to have the package held for pick up or reshipped for an additional fee. 

Refused Shipments
If a package is refused and returned to the winery, the cost of the wines will be refunded to the card on file, less a $25 restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Weather Considerations
If weather conditions are unfavorable for shipping wine (extreme heat or cold anywhere along the way between us and you), we will hold your order until the weather improves.  If your wine shipment is delayed due to weather, we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery date.  Once wine leaves the winery, Brys Estate is not responsible for damaged wine due to adverse weather conditions.

Federal law states that alcoholic beverages can only be returned or exchanged if the product is spoiled, deteriorated or contaminated. 

If a bottle is suspected of spoil, deterioration, or contamination we ask for the return of the unfinished bottle to the tasting room within 90 days of the bottle purchase. Once the wine is received and evaluated we will either replace the flawed bottle with the current vintage of the same varietal, or provide a refund.

For bottles suspected of spoil, deterioration, or contamination that cannot be returned to the tasting room for evaluation please provide details, photo evidence, and original order/purchase number to info@brysestate.com.

Once wine leaves the winery, Brys Estate is not responsible for damaged wine due to adverse weather conditions or improper storage.

On the rare occasion a customer receives the wrong product, we will make every effort to correct the order.  We are unable to accept return of wine that was ordered in error by the customer. 

Your Brys Estate Wine Club membership automatically renews. After receiving your second shipment/order, you may cancel your membership at any time. As membership benefits begin immediately (including discounted tastings, bottle discounts, etc), members wishing to cancel their membership before their second shipment will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Shipments processed prior to the cancellation date are nonrefundable, even if not yet received. Once the membership is cancelled, all membership benefits will end. After two (2) instances of a declined credit card during club order processing, your membership will be cancelled if you cannot be reached to update the credit card on file.

How do I join the Wine Club?

You can join in person at the winery, online, or by calling us at 231-223-9303 ext. 3.

There is no charge to join. We will keep your credit card information on file to charge for your quarterly orders. Charges depends on your club selection. 

Wine Club orders are generated four times per year, in February, May, August, and November.

Wine Club orders ship for $15. Members in our Classic or Signature club levels receive penny flat shipping on orders of 12 bottles.

Please make sure we have your correct email address on file as this is how we notify we you about upcoming orders, charges, shipping dates, and more. Yes, if you are currently active in a club and want to change to another club you may do so! Please contact us at 231-223-9303 ext 3 to change your club. There is no charge to change clubs

As membership benefits begin immediately (including bottle discounts, discounted tastings, etc), members wishing to cancel their membership before their second shipment will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Shipments processed prior to the cancellation date are nonrefundable, even if not yet received. Once the membership is cancelled, all membership benefits will end. You can only select your preferred wines if you are a member of our Classic – Your Choice or Signature – Your Choice clubs. A list of available wines will be provided to you at least one month before your scheduled order. Once you receive the email invitation to select your wines, it is your responsibility to submit your wine choices via email or phone call.

Yes. If possible, Brys Estate recommends shipping to a business address for prompt delivery. Club orders may also be sent to a UPS retail store for convenient pickup. UPS cannot deliver wine to P.O. boxes nor will UPS leave packages on the doorstop, even if the recipient has left a note with this request. All shipments must be signed for by someone 21 years or older.

When you sign up for a club you provide credit card information that we keep securely on file throughout your membership. This card will be charged automatically for your four orders per year. The charge depends on your club selection. You may update your credit card information by logging into your account online or calling our office at anytime. We will prompt you via email to double check that your payment information is up-to-date before we attempt to process your order. After two (2) instances of a declined credit card during club order processing, your membership will be cancelled if you cannot be reached to update the credit card on file.

Yes. If you need to change from pickup to shipping, or vice versa, please call us or email club@brysestate.com before your order is processed.

No, discounts are non-transferable.
